Aikido is seeking a results-driven Professional Services lead to own the successful delivery of our security products for US customers. You will blend technical delivery with formal project management to coordinate across customers, Aikido, and stakeholders.

In this role you will manage scope, milestones, and timelines while delivering training and architecture artifacts. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with strong collaboration across teams.

As part of Professional Services, you’ll own the successful delivery of Aikido for US customers with more complex requirements. You’ll combine technical expertise with strong project management to coordinate all parties involved and get customers live, enabled, and successful.
