Position Summary

Location: Austin, Texas, US (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Professional Services Partner Program and Project Manager to join our team. This role involves developing and managing our partner program focused on professional services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster partner engagement, and managing customer projects to ensure successful delivery and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Program Management
    • Develop and implement the partner program strategy for mutual growth.
    • Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with strategic partners.
    • Define program requirements, benefits, and performance metrics.
    • Monitor program performance and report to leadership.
    • Develop partner training and enablement resources.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and explore new opportunities.
    • Resolve partner issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
  2. Project Management
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients.
    • Create detailed project plans and assemble project teams.
    • Guide teams throughout the project lifecycle and monitor progress.
    • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Manage project scope changes and communicate with stakeholders.
    • Ensure quality standards and client requirements are met.
    • Manage budgets and resources effectively.
    • Conduct post-project reviews and prepare closure reports.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience in professional services, preferably in IT security.
  • Extensive experience in professional services, pre-sales, or customer support operations.
  • Over 5 years of project management experience, including managing IT security projects over €500k budget.
  • Proven systems integration and solutions delivery experience in large enterprises.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and professional services landscape.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce.
Additional Information

Willingness to travel up to 20% for partner meetings, industry events, and training sessions.
