Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Valid Class C Driver’s License.
• Ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts.
• Polite and courteous with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure premises are safe and secured at assigned site.
• Observe entrants, monitor for intruders, and report suspicious activity.
• Maintain a log of visitors, purposes, and entry/exit times.
• Respond to alarms, notify fire or management as needed.
• Direct vehicles and monitor loaded areas to prevent damage.
