Responsibilities

• Ensure the building/premise is safe and secured.
• Observe entrants and monitor for intruders.
• Prevent entry of unauthorized people and restricted items.
• Maintain a log book with visit details.
• Conduct routine checks inside/outside daily.
• Report suspicious acts to police or management.
• Check offices and exits; ensure lights are off.
• Respond to alarms and notify relevant departments.
• Make notes of damages or unusual events.
• Direct vehicles and ensure safety within premises.
• In a load fire, operate vehicle to move load to a safe area.
