Job summary

O’Reilly Automotive Stores is seeking a Professional Sales Data Analyst I based in Springfield, MO. This onsite role supports Salesforce across North America and handles tablet/phone end-user assistance, with cross-border operations in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

You will coordinate UAT testing, assist with iPad support, and work with the System Administrator to keep enhancements documented and communicated. Jira tickets will be created from Salesforce details provided by the Admin.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Knowledge of the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform UAT testing for North America Salesforce instances including US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Provide iPad support for common requests and issues.
• Deliver field support over phone and email for Salesforce and tablets.
• Coordinate with the System Administrator to document enhancements in SOP and update training materials.
• Submit Salesforce tickets to Jira with details provided by the System Admin.
• Communicate system updates, outages, and training materials as requested.

Job description

The Professional Sales Data Analyst I role at O’Reilly Automotive Stores supports Salesforce North America for Professional Sales, with an emphasis on operational excellence through testing, maintenance, and day-to-day end user support. Based in Springfield, MO, this onsite position covers hands-on Salesforce assistance across the United States, Mexico, and Canada, including mobile device support and cross-platform communications.

Working as part of the Salesforce support function, you will coordinate UAT testing, provide tablet and iPad help for common requests, and collaborate with the Professional Sales System Administrator to keep enhancements and updates properly documented and communicated. You will also translate technical details into Salesforce tickets submitted to Jira as directed by the System Admin.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform UAT testing for all North America Salesforce instances, including the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
• Provide iPad support for common basic requests and issues.
• Deliver field support over phone and email for Salesforce and tablets.
• Partner with the Professional Sales System Administrator to ensure Salesforce enhancements and updates are documented in SOP and that Fast Track training materials are updated.
• Submit Salesforce tickets to Jira using technical details provided by the System Admin.
• Send communications requested by the System Admin regarding system updates, outages, training materials, and TSM Conference Calls.
• Attend required Salesforce group meetings, including morning touch base and sprint planning, to support project context.
• Assist with administrative tasks within the department as necessary.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
