Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Salesforce North America Support Specialist to drive operational excellence by testing and maintaining Salesforce for Professional Sales and to provide hands-on Salesforce support across the US, Mexico and Canada, including mobile device support and cross-platform communications.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of the automotive industry.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

UAT testing for all North America Salesforce instances (US/Canada/Mexico).
Provide iPad support for common requests and issues.
Provide field support over phones and email for Salesforce and tablets.
Coordinate Salesforce enhancements and updates with System Administrator; update SOPs and training materials.
Submit Salesforce tickets to Jira with technical details from the System Admin.
Disseminate updates and training materials as requested by the System Admin.
Attend Salesforce group meetings and sprint planning as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks within the department.
All other duties as assigned.
