ONYX Multifamily Group is seeking a dependable Painter for The Peanut Factory Lofts in San Antonio, TX. This full-time, on-site role focuses on high-quality interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, and timely turns of apartments to prepare units for move-ins.

The successful candidate will have experience in residential or commercial painting, knowledge of paints and priming, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential or commercial painting preferred.
• Knowledge of paint types, primers, finishes, and surface prep.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and use PPE.

Responsibilities

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces of the property.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming.
• Apply finishes with brushes, rollers, or sprayers and perform touch-ups.
• Assist with apartment turns and make-ready projects.
• Protect floors, fixtures, and resident belongings from paint.
