ONYX Multifamily Group in San Antonio, TX is seeking a results-driven Property Manager to oversee Peanut Factory, ensuring resident satisfaction, financial performance, and compliant operations. The role demands strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage day-to-day property operations.

You will lead on-site teams, implement leasing, budgeting, reporting, and vendor management while maintaining Fair Housing compliance and high standards of service.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of experience in Property Management, Real Estate, or related role.
• Strong background in financial oversight, resident relations, and property maintenance.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of Fair Housing requirements, local housing laws, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property and monitor performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports; track key property performance metrics.
• Develop and manage property budgets; ensure expenses align with financial goals.
• Collect and record rent payments, monitor accounts receivable, and coordinate evictions when necessary.
• Maintain financial records and prepare regular financial reports for stakeholders.
• Build positive resident relationships through effective communication.
• Oversee leasing, background checks, and lease agreements.
• Market available apartments and conduct property tours.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and safety standards.
