Two Coast Living in Woodbury, MN is seeking a Painter to prepare vacant apartment homes and deliver a high-quality finish. You will patch, sand, caulk, and prime surfaces, perform full-unit repaints, and help maintain timely make-ready and move-in schedules.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartment units for painting, including patching, sanding, caulking, and priming surfaces.

• Apply paint with a high-quality, professional finish while maintaining clean and organized work areas.
• Inspect completed work to ensure company quality standards are met.
