The role emphasizes hands‑on maintenance, supervision of technicians, and proactive problem solvings, with on‑site duties and a focus on timely service and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead maintenance or supervisory roles in property maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance including basic plumbing and electrical.
• Excellent organization, time-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and support maintenance technicians.
• Delegate maintenance tasks and prioritize work orders and resources.
• Perform and oversee general maintenance and repairs throughout the property.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general maintenance issues.
• Monitor maintenance requests and ensure work orders are completed efficiently and accurately.
