Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required; agency/staffing experience preferred.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or technical roles preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting and/or sales metrics.
• Strong business acumen to assess client needs and deliver workforce solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement of professional candidates.
• Develop and maintain a proactive talent pipeline using diverse sourcing strategies.
• Partner with clients to define hiring requirements and deliver tailored talent solutions.
• Apply consultative sales methodologies to expand existing client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct outbound business development activities including networking and client follow-up.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, goals, and cultural fit for high-quality placements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain compassionate communication with candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline metrics, and client interactions in ATS/CRM systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet activity goals and drive office performance.
• Stay current on labor market trends and industry developments to inform strategies.

Professional Recruiter Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement of professional candidates
• Develop and maintain a proactive talent pipeline using a variety of sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, networking, and digital recruiting tools
• Partner with clients to conduct detailed intake sessions, define hiring requirements, and deliver tailored talent solutions
• Apply consultative sales methodologies to expand existing client relationships and generate new business opportunities
• Conduct outbound business development activities including networking, lead generation, and client follow-up
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, career goals, and cultural alignment to ensure thoughtful, high-quality placements
• Serve as a trusted advisor to candidates, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the hiring process
• Maintain consistent, compassionate communication with candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience for all parties
• Track and manage recruiting activity, pipeline metrics, and client interactions within applicant tracking and CRM systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal team members to meet activity goals and drive office performance
• Stay current on labor market trends, industry developments, and competitive intelligence to inform recruiting strategies

Professional Recruiter Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required; agency/staffing experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or technical roles preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting and/or sales performance metrics
• Strong business acumen with the ability to assess client needs and deliver strategic workforce solutions
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, AI-enabled sourcing tools, etc.)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills with a service-oriented mindset
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability, with the ability to give and receive feedback effectively
• Demonstrated compassion and commitment to supporting individuals through career transitions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
