What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert consultation and collaborative development for practitioner peer review activities
- Promote and maintain methods for Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluations (OPPE) and Focused Professional Practice Evaluations (FPPE) at a system level
- Facilitate interdisciplinary teamwork to ensure quality metrics are meaningful across service specialties
- Support the medical staff peer review process by preparing cases for review
- Conduct initial reviews of clinical indicators to evaluate the quality of care provided by practitioners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in health education or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electronic medical records
- Preference for candidates with RN or RHIA credentials

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in peer review activities within a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with Joint Commission accreditation standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
