Primary Talent Partners has an open 12 month contract with a large healthcare client of ours that is fully remote!
The role will be paying on the range of $25.00-29.00/hr without PTO, benefits, etc (self funded ACA-compliant healthcare plan available to opt-in to)
Position Summary
The Data Analyst - Quality Advisor is responsible for processing member data from receipt through integration into the QualityAdvisor data warehouse, ensuring accuracy and quality. The role includes frequent communication with members to resolve data-related inquiries and support issue resolution across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Processing & Analysis
Prepare and validate data for loading into ***'s data acquisition tools.
Perform reconciliation and manual audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with clinical teams to map charge codes and execute quality assurance checks.
Investigate and resolve data errors, ensuring alignment with member financials.
Client Communication & Support
Provide timely responses to member inquiries via phone and email.
Deliver clear written communications about data issues, deadlines, and resolutions.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., IT, Data Warehouse, Development) to resolve technical or integrity issues.
Product & Member Support (10%)
Develop understanding of member usage of QualityAdvisor and related tools.
Training & Documentation
Assist with implementations, kickoffs, and client training.
Maintain and update documentation and training materials.
Participate in internal training for new tools and product releases.
Required:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or related field
Strong analytical and technical skills
Experience with data processing and clinical product data tools
Preferred:
Healthcare or hospital-based experience
Familiarity with clinical and financial healthcare data
