American Pharmacists Association (APhA) seeks a Manager, Professional and Member Engagement in Washington, DC. Hybrid role with two in-office days per week (Tue & Thu) to lead member engagement initiatives across conferences, events, and digital platforms, partnering with internal teams and volunteer leaders.

The role emphasizes collaboration, lifelong learning, excellence, accountability, and respect while advancing pharmacist advocacy and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, project management or related field.
• 3+ years in an association project management role with member engagement focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of APhA Communities and governance.
• Plan member engagement at conferences and events with internal teams.
• Collaborate to enhance APhA ENGAGE, monitor discussions, and ensure privacy compliance.
• Serve as liaison among members, leaders, staff and cross-functional teams.
• Manage programs, timelines, resources, and leadership communications.
• Coordinate Fellows programming and annual budget execution.
