Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is assisting a PA-based civil engineering firm in recruiting a Survey Project Manager. You will oversee survey projects from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to client specs.

Required PA PLS license, 5+ years with a PA-based consulting firm, and strong leadership to supervise crews and technicians. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for coordinating field and office teams.

Qualifications

• PA PLS license is required.
• 5+ years experience with a PA-based consulting firm.
• Ability to take a survey project from start to finish.
• Provide periodic field observations as necessary.
• Assist in project proposals.
• Survey projects must meet or exceed project requirements.
• Experience supervising survey crews and technicians.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline route selection, surveying, construction and operations.
• Knowledge of land surveying equipment is current and complete.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
