A leading civil engineering and land surveying firm is seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor to manage survey documents and timelines. The role involves working closely with clients and field personnel while maintaining budgetary responsibilities. Candidates should have extensive experience in boundary and land development projects.
Our client is a civil engineering and land surveying firm with expertise in subdivision and land development design consulting in support of clients undertaking various types and sizes of residential, commercial, and institutional development. In addition to private consultant services, also represents nine (9) municipalities and authorities throughout Delaware and Chester Counties. Started in 1973, they operated as a multi-generation family-owned company and is now an employee-owned partnership that maintains an excellent reputation for engineering expertise and honesty, which are tenets of the company to this day.
They have experience great growth and in search of a Licensed Land Surveyor who will have to draft survey documents, manages timelines, communicate with clients, contractors, and field/office personnel. Candidates must be able to handle a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment, as well as training associates. Candidates will be thoroughly involved in developing project scopes and proposals, including maintaining budgetary responsibilities.
