CCS Facility Services is seeking a reliable Janitor to keep buildings clean, organized, and disinfected. You will vacuum, mop, clean restrooms, windows, and manage trash while following safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows and walls, and general tasks.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, elevators, stairs, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Clean stains from chairs and upholstered furniture.
• Maintain furniture free of dust and clean lighting fixtures, marble surfaces and moldings.
• Empty trash cans and ashtrays; clean trash cans.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools and phones.
• Clean and maintain restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Wash and clean windows and mirrors.
• Empty trash and recycling containers; dispose properly.
• Clear snow from sidewalks when needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request missing materials.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions or maintenance needs.
• Maintain a cleaning chart for areas cleaned and inspected.
• Follow safety and precaution rules.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds.
• Close doors at end of night shift.
