Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a dedicated Janitor to keep workplaces clean, organized, and disinfected across various areas. The role includes vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom upkeep, window cleaning, and trash disposal, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows and walls.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, elevators, stairs and other areas.
• Clean stains from chairs and upholstered furniture; remove dust from furniture.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools and phones.
• Clean and maintain restrooms; replenish supplies as required.
• Wash and clean windows and mirrors; empty trash and recycling containers.
• Clean trash and snow from sidewalks as needed; maintain cleaning supplies inventory.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions; follow safety and precaution rules.
• Close doors at the end of the night shift.
