Qualifications

• Clean interior of buildings, including floors, windows and walls, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Follow safety and precaution rules.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings: floors, carpets, rugs, windows, walls and general areas.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies and other areas.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools and phones.
• Clean and maintain restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Dispose of trash and recycling; empty trash and clean trash cans.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report shortages.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions and follow safety procedures.
• Close doors at the end of the night shift.
