Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual daily attendance and dependability on assignment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding janitorial tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior of buildings including floors, windows, and walls.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, halls, and common areas.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools, and phones.
• Maintain restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Empty trash and recycling; manage waste disposal.
• Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions and maintain cleaning charts.
• Close doors at the end of the night shift.
