CCS Facility Services is seeking a reliable janitor to keep our workplaces clean, organized, and disinfected. The role includes interior cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and restocking restrooms while maintaining inventory and reporting unsafe conditions.

The job requires lifting up to 50 pounds and closing doors at night. In this role you will follow safety guidelines, work across various areas, and contribute to a clean, safe environment for employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• Maintains attendance and punctuality as core expectation.
• Follows instructions and executes tasks reliably with supervisor direction.
• Observes safety procedures and uses equipment properly.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior of buildings including floors, carpets, windows, walls, and general areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of offices, hallways, lounges, elevators, stairs, and locker rooms.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools, and phones; restrooms stocked and cleaned.
• Maintain cleaning supplies stock and notify supervisor of shortages; follow safety rules and close doors at end of shift.
