Job summary

Titan Factory Direct in Austin, TX is seeking a motivated Housing Consultant to present and sell new and used homes. You will engage leads, conduct needs analyses and drive opportunities through your marketing and relationships.

This role emphasizes a high-energy, results-driven culture with an uncapped Commission plan, benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, and paid time off. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is a plus as you build relationships with diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 2 years sales experience (Preferred).
• 3 years customer service experience (Preferred).
• 1 year outside sales experience (Preferred).
• 1 year marketing experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell New/Used homes using solid arguments to prospective clients.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with potential clients to meet their needs.
• Reach out to leads and drive marketing-generated opportunities.
• Drive leads through your marketing efforts and network.
• Achieve sales targets and appointments.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and supervisors.
• Continue to improve through feedback, training and development.
