Champion Home Builders, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Professional Housing Consultant who is fluent in English and Spanish.

You will present, promote and sell manufactured homes to prospective clients, build relationships and drive new business through marketing efforts. Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell New/Used homes using solid arguments to prospective clients
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with potential clients to meet their needs
• Reach out to leads
• Drive leads through your Marketing efforts
• Achieve sales targets, and appointments
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and supervisors
• Continue to improve through feedback, constructive criticism and everyday training
