Job summary

Champion Home Builders is seeking a results-driven Professional Housing Consultant in Austin, TX. You will present, promote, and sell new/used homes, building strong client relationships and reaching sales targets with the support of a robust benefits package.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, 3+ years in customer service, and 1 year in outside sales or marketing. Expect an energetic, commission-based environment with comprehensive health, dental, vision, 401k, and PTO offerings.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales experience (preferred).
• 3 years of customer service experience (preferred).
• 1 year of outside sales experience (preferred).
• 1 year of marketing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell New/Used homes using solid arguments to prospective clients
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with potential clients to meet their needs
• Reach out to leads
• Drive leads through your Marketing efforts
• Achieve sales targets, and appointments
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and supervisors
• Continue to improve through feedback, constructive criticism and everyday training
