Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking Delivery Drivers to transport products from Sherwin-Williams stores using company vans or pickup trucks. You will ensure deliveries are complete, packed correctly, and delivered safely to customers.

This role requires minimum age 21, legal work status, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and willingness to work evenings/weekends. Prior delivery or retail experience is a plus; bilingual abilities are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have a meets expectations rating.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers in a safe, timely manner.
• Load orders correctly on the truck.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report repair needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules while complying with traffic laws.
• Prepare delivery reports and related documentation.
• Operate vehicles and handling equipment as needed.
• Assist with warehouse duties and tinting/mixing customer orders.
