Sherwin-Williams is hiring a delivery driver to transport products from local stores to customers. The role emphasizes safe, timely deliveries, load handling, and clear documentation while maintaining vehicle condition and customer care.

Ideal candidates are 21+, authorized to work in the US, with a valid driver's license, MEC readiness, and basic English proficiency. Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus, and Spanish language skills are welcomed.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must have a valid MEC from FMCSA or be willing to obtain within 5 business days of conditional offer.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently to interact with customers and document delivery activity.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams rating of at least “meets expectations.”
• Must complete HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare deliveries to meet customer requirements efficiently.
• Load customer orders properly on the truck.
• Ensure appropriate forms are completed.
• Deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report maintenance needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Adhere to routes and time schedules.
• Abide by transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare delivery reports and related documents.
• Operate vehicles and equipment (cars, trucks, forklifts).
• Perform warehouse duties as needed (tinting, mixing orders).
