Job summary

Merrill Gardens in Seattle is seeking a Senior Living Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents who value independence and dignity. You will perform daily cleaning of apartments and common areas, ensuring comfort and safety across the community.

You will provide attentive customer service to residents and families, communicate needs to other departments, and participate in ongoing training to support a compassionate, well‑functioning team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, 18+ years old.
• 1–2 years of housekeeping experience in a similar environment preferred.
• Experience with seniors or in a customer service focused environment helpful.
• Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and maintain resident apartments and common areas.
• Provide a high level of customer service to residents and guests.
• Report needed supplies and coordinate housekeeping with other departments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
