Job summary

Transforming Age is seeking a Custodian for Parkshore Madison Park in Seattle to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming community spaces for residents and staff. You will clean common areas, follow safety protocols, and prepare work sites for daily tasks while providing friendly service to residents and teams.

The role emphasizes reliability, adherence to guidelines, and teamwork, with competitive pay and benefits for full-time and part-time staff.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Basic understanding of English to take direction and ask questions.
Ability to work a flexible schedule is highly preferred.
Friendly customer service skills.
First aid certification may be required in some communities/affiliates per state/local guidelines.
Completion of a background check.
May also require drug screening, physical, TB test, and fingerprint per state/local guidelines.

Responsibilities

Clean the common areas and other assigned areas.
Follow SDS, safety and related regulations.
Prepare and organize materials and equipment, and prepare work site before beginning task.
Keep common areas clean and orderly; report and respond to resident requests and emergencies.
Note issues (grounds, building, etc.) and address with relevant department.
Other duties as assigned.
