Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Full Time Cleaner to perform a variety of custodial duties across facilities in the Dover area. Under supervision, you will mop, vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms, and handle light maintenance as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities requires no previous experience.
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces in buildings.
• Vacuum rugs and spot-clean daily; dust furniture and fixtures.
• Wash windowsills, doors, and interior/exterior glass surfaces.
• Restock bathrooms and monitor supplies daily.
• Report defects (urinals, lights) to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of building trash daily; replace liners.
• Shovel snow from entrances as directed.
• Perform periodic tasks (high dusting, polishing, wall washing).
