Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner in Keene, NH to support custodial operations in our facilities. Under supervision, you will perform a range of duties including floor care, dusting, window washing, restroom restocking, and trash removal.

No prior experience required; you will receive direction, work with a team, and help maintain a clean, safe environment. The role offers 1st shift hours and pay between $12.75 and $15.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas.
• Spot clean rugs, dust furniture, and wash windowsills/glass.
• Restock paper supplies in bathrooms and manage waste.
• Remove trash daily and replace liners.
• Shovel snow from entrances as directed.
• Perform high dusting and periodic surface cleaning as assigned.
