Hiring for Infant/Toddler and Preschool Classrooms

At School is Cool Childcare in Brookline, we treat our educators as the true professionals they are. We offer competitive pay $20-$26 per hour, a generous paid-time-off package of up to 35 paid days each year for eligible full-time team members, including PTO, sick time, and paid national holidays, and a supportive administrative team that listens and responds. A current Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certificate and previous early-childhood classroom experience are required for this position. Applicants must hold their EEC certificate at the time of application.

Schedule and Location

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available


• Monday through Friday, with shifts scheduled within our program hours of 7:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
