Job summary

Hands of Unity, LLC is seeking dependable Direct Support Professionals to join our team and assist individuals with developmental disabilities in residential/group home settings. Candidates will provide daily living support, follow ISP plans, complete daily documentation, support community activities, assist with meals, and help with medications when trained, all while maintaining a safe, respectful environment.

Available shifts include Evening, Day Weekend, Overnight, and Weekend Overnight.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be dependable, patient and compassionate.
• Ability to work as part of a team in residential care.
• Willingness to follow individualized support plans.

Responsibilities

• Assisting individuals with daily living activities

Hands of Unity, LLC is currently looking for dependable, compassionate, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team!

We are seeking individuals who have a passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and helping them live safe, meaningful, and independent lives in a residential/group home setting.

Available Shifts:

• Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Day Weekend: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Every Other Weekend)
• Overnight: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Weekend Overnight: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM (Every Other Weekend)

DSP Responsibilities Include:
