Hands of Unity, LLC in Virginia is seeking dependable, compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our residential team in Richmond. You will assist individuals with daily living activities, follow ISP guidelines, and help with community activities, meals, and household duties.

Responsibilities include medication assistance when trained, thorough daily documentation, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Reliability and teamwork are essential for consistent care.

Hands of Unity, LLC is currently looking for dependable, compassionate, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team!

We are seeking individuals who have a passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and helping them live safe, meaningful, and independent lives in a residential/group home setting.

Available Shifts:

• Evening: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Day Weekend: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Every Other Weekend)
• Overnight: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• Weekend Overnight: 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM (Every Other Weekend)

DSP Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting individuals with daily living activities
• Providing support according to each individual's ISP
• Completing required daily documentation
• Supporting community activities and appointments
• Assisting with meals and household responsibilities
• Medication assistance, when applicable and properly trained
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
