Hands of Unity, LLC is seeking dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. We support individuals with developmental disabilities to live safe, meaningful, and independent lives in residential/group home settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities.

Hands of Unity, LLC is currently looking for dependable, compassionate, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team!

We are seeking individuals who have a passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and helping them live safe, meaningful, and independent lives in a residential/group home setting.

Available Shifts:

• Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Day Weekend: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Every Other Weekend)
• Overnight: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Weekend Overnight: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM (Every Other Weekend)

DSP Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting individuals with daily living activities
• Providing support according to each individual’s ISP
• Completing required daily documentation
• Supporting community activities and appointments
• Assisting with meals and household responsibilities
• Medication assistance, when applicable and properly trained
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
