Job summary

ZenPilot is seeking a Marketing Lead who will own the content engine end to end, speaking on camera about agency operations in ClickUp and turning insights into practical, teachable content. You will own cadence, strategy, and growth across video, guides, and social channels.

You bring a decade of expertise, collaborate with Delivery and Growth teams, and have a track record of shipping weekly content while aligning content with sales and customer problems.

Qualifications

• On-camera presence and ability to teach concepts clearly.
• Strong writing ability for guides, scripts, and tutorials.
• Deep knowledge of ClickUp or a fast ramp to it.
• Ability to ship content weekly across formats (video and text).
• Experience growing a channel (YouTube, social, search) and driving engagement.

Responsibilities

• Teach the ZenPilot Methodology and delivery insights as practical content.
• Oversee high-volume content cadence: video and written guides; repurpose to shorts and social.
• Own channel strategy: determine content, audience, and deployment calendar.
