Job summary

NexGen Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Content Marketing Manager to own our content engine—from strategy and SEO to production, distribution, and measurement. You’ll lead the editorial calendar, craft a consistent brand voice, and scale video and thought leadership across channels, working in a 100% remote environment with a strong analytic focus.

You will identify buyer needs, produce multi-format content, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support the buyer journey

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B SaaS content marketing experience.
SEO/GEO experience identifying content needs and scaling content to meet them.
Proven experience creating video from concept to final cut.
Ability to create thought leadership across formats.
Knowledge of single-sourcing content for reuse across formats and channels.
Experience distributing content on a wide variety of platforms.
Working knowledge of short-form content formats and best practices.
Experience measuring content outcomes with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing automation or CRM platforms.
Ability to leverage AI in research, process improvement, and content structuring.
Experience owning an editorial calendar and maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency.
A portfolio that demonstrates your work across written, video, and short-form content.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision in a 100% remote environment.

Responsibilities

Use SEO and GEO (generative engine optimization) research to identify content gaps and buyer needs, then build and scale content programs to meet them.
Own the editorial calendar, brand voice, and messaging consistency across all content and channels.
Produce video from beginning to end: concept, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
Create thought leadership pieces in various formats, including articles, guides, webinars, and executive bylines.
Single source content: create core assets once and repurpose them across formats and channels.
Develop short-form content for social and video platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.
Distribute and promote content across a wide variety of owned, earned, and paid platforms.
Leverage AI for research, process improvement, and content structuring.
Measure content outcomes with analytics tools and use the results to refine strategy and prioritize future content.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success on content that supports the buyer journey and customer retention.
