Job summary

Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. offers a paid internship in Alabama focused on data analytics and continuous improvement. You will report KPI performance, streamline Power BI dashboards, and analyze monthly variances with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates are students in Finance/Controlling or related fields, with strong MS Office and bilingual English/German communication, available for 6 months starting January 2027.

Qualifications

• Student in Finance/Controlling, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related area.
• Strong project management skills.
• Confident English and German (oral/written).
• Proficient MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• KPI reporting and performance gap analysis (HpV, Repair, Scrap).
• Streamlining data visualization with Power BI dashboards.
• Analyzing monthly Actuals, Forecast and Target deviations.
• Involvement in CI projects and project management methods.
• Support MO/CTPC Department with CI projects and digitalization of processes.
