Production Worker (Wax Machine Operator - 2nd Shift)

Join us as a Production Worker (Wax Machine Operator - 2nd Shift) at Howmet Aerospace.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Wax Machine Operator to join our Dover Casting group in Dover, New Jersey. The work hours for this position are the Afternoon Shift (Monday to Friday, 2:00-10:00 PM). Training will be provided on the Day shift, M-F, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting hourly rate: $22.44; after 12 months: $24.92. The position includes a shift premium for off-shift work. Responsibilities

• Inject wax patterns with the wax department's equipment.
• Prepare patterns for inspection, including cleaning and identification.
• Perform visual quality inspections of injected patterns.
• Deflash solid patterns at presses.

Environmental Health & Safety

• Implement EHS policies and procedures.
• Comply with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Wear required PPE.
• Report injuries, hazards, and concerns promptly.
• Attend EHS training sessions.

Physical Demands

• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Stand for up to 8 hours.
