Job summary

A.Y. McDonald Mfg. Co. in Elizabethton, TN is hiring for 2nd shift production roles.

Set up and operate CNC and manual machines, load and unload equipment, perform quality inspections, and assemble, test and package a variety of manufacturing products. Responsibilities include checking parts for conformance to specifications, handling materials, and contributing to a fast-paced, safety‑minded team environment. Training is provided; prior experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manual and/or CNC lathes, mills or machining centers preferred.
• We are willing to train the right candidate.

We currently have multiple production opportunities on 2nd shift at our facility in Elizabethton, TN and are looking for great people who are interested in helping our boss – the customer.

Overview:

• Set up and operate both CNC and manual machines.
• Load and unload production equipment, perform quality inspections on parts and handle a fast paced work environment.

Wage

• Wages start at $19.89 with increases every 6 months as you move up the wage scale.
• Shift Differential - $1.50 for 2nd shift and 3rd shift
• $2000 Retention Bonus - $500 at 90 days, $500 at 180 days, and $1000 at 365 days of employment.
