Job summary

Watteredge LLC in Avon Lake, OH is seeking a dependable Production Worker – Grinder for our 2nd shift. You will grind, deburr, and finish metal components to our exacting quality standards while following work instructions and safety procedures.

You will operate hand grinders and finishing equipment, read travelers and simple drawings, inspect parts for finish, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Prior grinding or metalworking experience is preferred; flexibility, dependable attendance,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1 or more years of manufacturing, grinding, or metalworking experience preferred.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to perform repetitive, hands-on work in a manufacturing environment.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift and move materials as required.

Responsibilities

Watteredge is seeking a dependable and motivated Production Worker – Grinder to join our second-shift manufacturing team. This hands-on position involves grinding and finishing metal components while maintaining Watteredge's standards for quality, safety, and productivity.

What You’ll Do

• Grind, deburr, and finish metal components according to specifications.
• Operate hand grinders and other finishing equipment safely.
