Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure.
• Perform basic math to determine measurements and quantities.
• Inspect materials and finished work for quality and accuracy.
• Move, stack, and organize materials throughout the production area.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Work efficiently as part of a production team to meet daily goals.

Position Title: Production Worker - Box Shop

Wage: $17.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am - 3:00pm (Monday - Thursday), 6:00am - 12:00pm (Friday)

We are seeking a reliable General Laborer to work in a fast-paced box shop production environment in Milwaukee, WI.

Production Worker Responsibilities:

• Assemble and build boxes and other production materials according to specifications
• Operate various power tools, including staple guns, nail guns, chop saws, panel saws, drills, and other hand tools
• Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure
• Perform basic math calculations to determine measurements and quantities
• Inspect materials and completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Move, stack, and organize materials throughout the production area
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures
• Work efficiently as part of a production team while meeting daily production goals

Requirements for Production Worker:

• Previous manufacturing, production, construction, or general labor experience is preferred but not required
• Comfortable using power tools and hand tools
• Ability to read and understand a tape measure and perform basic math
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks for most of the shift
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to work in a hands-on production environment
