Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, construction, or general labor is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable using power tools and hand tools.
• Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and build boxes and other production materials according to specifications.
• Operate staple guns, nail guns, chop saw, panel saw, drills, and other hand tools.
• Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure.
• Perform basic math to determine measurements and quantities.
• Inspect materials and finished work for quality and accuracy.
• Move, stack, and organize materials throughout the production area.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Work efficiently as part of a production team to meet daily goals.
