Job summary

National Beef in Moultrie, Georgia is hiring for a Production Worker on the 2nd shift. This on-site role supports processing and packaging of beef products, requiring alert attention to quality, safety standards, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

You will work across lines as needed to meet production goals while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Ideal candidates are at least 18, eligible to work in the U.S., and able to pass a fast-paced, physical environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the meat industry preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to distinguish the different cuts of meat
• Must be able to pull product from conveyor belt onto tabletop
• Must be able to obtain correct size & color tray for specific product from an overhead shelf
• Must be able to determine whether a product is within specification
• Must be able to quickly and efficiently place product in tray using correct count and placement for that product
• Must be able to place finished tray onto conveyor
• Must be able to move readily from line to line as required by product flow
• Must wear all required personal protective equipment
• Must demonstrate the ability to react to change and handle any other essential tasks as assigned by the supervisor or lead
• Other duties as assigned
