Position: Utility Technicians (Production Workers)

Location: Watertown, WI, conveniently between Madison and Milwaukee. Pay range: $26.50-$31.00/hr (night shifts) and $23.50-$28.00/hr (day shifts).

Schedule: Nights, 4:55 pm-5:25 am, 3-4 days/week; Days, 4:55 am-5:25 pm, 3-4 days/week, rotating schedule. Benefits include more full days off, built-in overtime, and double-time pay for volunteer extra days.

Responsibilities:

• Mix ingredients and operate packaging machinery
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness
• Complete paperwork and quality checks
• Operate forklifts and handle materials
• Attend meetings and complete training
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education/Experience: High school diploma, 1-year industrial experience, food manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to lift 55 lbs. also preferred.

Skills and Abilities: Physical stamina, safety awareness, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work in various environments.
