Opportunity Awaits: Drysand Molder / Core Machine Operator

Sign-on Bonus: $2000

Are you interested in learning a trade with on-the-job training? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment with continuously updating equipment? We are hiring for our foundry production team as a Drysand Molder or Core Machine Operator, offering TOP PAY!

Qualifications:

• No minimum experience required; we welcome mechanically inclined candidates.
• Ability to work in a foundry manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

• Operate production equipment, including industrial machinery for sand cores & molds.
• Use a computer to access training and work instructions.
• Follow all processes and procedures accurately.
• Self-motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, with a positive attitude.

Work Schedule:

• Permanent positions on 2nd shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Training on 1st shift: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm.

Compensation & Benefits:

Top pay ranging from $24.25 to $28.25 per hour, depending on qualifications. Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/life insurance, short-term disability, paid holidays, PTO, wellness programs, employee assistance, company events, and more.

Additional Details:

• Shift differential of $1.00 for evening shift.
• $2000 sign-on bonus after 180 days (some exclusions may apply).
