Production Operator – 2nd Shift
Menomonee Falls, WI
Monday - Friday, 2:30PM – 11:00PM
$2000 Sign-On Bonus

As a Production Operator, under the guidance of the Lead and Supervisor, you will produce various food ingredients, adhere to good manufacturing practices, and follow standardized formulas for weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials. Our 2nd shift operates Monday - Friday, 2:30PM – 11:00PM. Production Laborers are vital to food defense and food safety.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading materials
  • Packaging finished products
  • Operating forklifts and handling equipment
  • Cleaning machines and facilities
  • Monitoring raw materials for quality and consistency
  • Reporting food safety concerns to management

You Bring:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
  • Basic computer skills
  • Preferred: at least one year of production or food service experience
  • Willingness to wear PPE such as hard hats, eye protection, and other area-specific gear
