Hiring Immediately! Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is seeking a Production Worker - 1st Shift in Highland, IL. Core hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. The position pays $19.66 per hour. Salary is based on skills, experience, and market considerations.

What You’ll Do

• Occasionally bend, stoop, squat, climb heights, crouch, kneel, reach above shoulder level, push, and pull.
• Frequently carry 10 to 34 pounds; occasionally handle 35-50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Perform repetitive grasping actions; fine manipulation is not required. Operating foot pedal equipment is not part of the role.
• Work around moving machinery without operating it; no unprotected heights or significant temperature changes involved.

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications

• Reside within Highland, IL; no relocation benefit offered. Military candidates are exempt from geographic restrictions.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
