Job summary

Aerotek in Johnstown, OH is seeking a Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. You will support tire repair product assembly across several steps, from packaging to pinning and pressing, with attention to quality and safety.

This contract-to-hire role offers 1st or 2nd shift options (5am-3:30pm or 3:15pm-1:45am), weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and overtime opportunities. Onsite at JOHNSTOWN, OH with a 4-day work week option.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Previous machine operation or assembly is a plus.
• Experience in construction or other general labor tasks also will be considered.

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers at our manufacturing facility. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for producing high-quality tire repair products across four distinct groups: Packaging, Pinning, Press, and Mill.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
