Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical, repetitive work throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Ability to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule which includes weekends.
• Ability to regularly lift 20-25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working around alcohol-based products.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery, forklifts, dust, noise, and varying environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production lines to support efficient, high-quality beverage production.
• Load, unload, and move cases of finished products and raw materials.
• Monitor conveyors and other production equipment and report equipment, quality, or safety issues.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), sanitation procedures, and established safety protocols.
• Package and label finished products according to production requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the shift.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and work with team members to meet production goals.
