Job summary

InterMetro Industries is seeking full-time Production Associates for the Sheet Metal Assembly Department. You will assemble Metro products using hand tools and measuring equipment, following orders and specifications to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires basic math, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with overtime as needed. Shifts are not guaranteed due to the bargaining unit and probationary period of 400 working hours.

We are seeking full-time Production Associates for our Sheet Metal Assembly Department. Associates in these positions utilize a variety of hand tools and related equipment to assemble raw and semi-finished material into finished Metro product. Job duties vary within the Assembly Department and are interchangeable. Associates are required to have the ability to perform all job duties within the department to support various functions. Attention to detail is required and all associates must meet standards for acceptable production and quality.Candidates selected for these positions must successfully complete screening requirements and a probationary period of 400 working hours. Please note that these opportunities are part of a bargaining unit rooted in seniority principles. Consequently, shifts are not guaranteed.
